End-User License Agreement (EULA)

By purchasing or receiving any content or service from Ronin Industries — including but not limited to thumbnails, emotes, video editing, branding assets, or other digital materials — you agree to the following terms.

You may:

• Use the content on platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, Discord, Instagram, and similar digital channels

• Use content for personal and commercial purposes unless otherwise specified

• Adapt content (e.g., crop, resize, integrate) for your brand or media

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute content in any form, modified or unmodified

• Upload content to stock libraries, NFT platforms, AI datasets, or similar services

• Claim authorship or imply original ownership of content created by Ronin Industries

Ronin Industries retains all copyright and intellectual ownership of produced content unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.

Licensing Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all content is provided under a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license.

This license does not grant exclusive ownership, nor does it allow sublicensing, resale, or redistribution.

Exclusive licensing options are available by separate agreement prior to project commencement.

Copyright Statement

All original content created by Ronin Industries is protected under international copyright law.

Clients are granted limited usage rights as described above. All remaining rights are reserved by Ronin Industries.

Unauthorized distribution or use may result in takedown action or legal enforcement.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the personal information necessary to deliver services and maintain communication. This may include:

• Name or username

• Contact email

• Project references or instructions

Your information is stored securely and is not shared or sold to third parties. You may request deletion of your stored data at any time by emailing roninindustrieshelp@gmail.com.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Full refunds are available for projects canceled before work begins.

If a project is canceled after work has started, a partial refund may be considered based on progress completed.

Refunds are not offered after final delivery unless there is a failure to meet agreed specifications. Subjective dissatisfaction is not grounds for refund unless expectations were clearly defined and not met.

Revisions Policy

Services typically include a reasonable number of minor revisions. Requests for major changes or full redirection of a project may require an additional fee.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the project and client responsiveness.
