At Ronin Industries, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality, individually tailored digital editing services to clients around the world. We value your trust and time, and in return, we ask that you respect the process and effort we invest into every project. To maintain transparency and fairness, the following refund terms apply to all orders:

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only before editing work has begun

Editing is considered to have started once any portion of your footage has been: 

  • Reviewed or assessed
  • Trimmed or restructured
  • Color graded
  • Or otherwise prepared for post-production
  • Even partial or exploratory work on the footage qualifies as the start of editing.
  • Time invested in preparing, organizing, or analyzing the project is considered part of the editing process. 

Once editing begins, the order becomes final and non-refundable.

Order Details & Responsibility

Essential information includes, but is not limited to:

  • Source material (links to video or downloadable file)

  • Desired output length

  • Style or tone preferences (funny, dramatic, casual, etc.)

  • Delivery format

  • Deadlines or scheduling constraints

If any essential information is missing, we will contact you via the email you provided. If we do not receive a response within 30 days, the order will be considered abandoned and will no longer be eligible for a refund. No exceptions.

(Clients are responsible for providing clear, accurate, and complete project details via the order form.)

🔍Refunds and Client Conduct🔍

We are proud to work closely and respectfully with each client.
However, Ronin Industries reserves the right to deny a refund if: 

  1. A client communicates in a disrespectful, aggressive, or abusive manner. 
  2. There is clear intent to manipulate, harass, or exploit the service in bad faith.
  3. The working relationship is disrupted to a degree that prevents successful delivery.

Our mission is to create outstanding work in a professional environment – mutual respect is expected on both sides. 

🕵️ What Does "Change of Mind" Mean?  🕵️

Refunds are not granted for: 

  1. Refunds are not granted for:

  2.  A change of mind after placing the order

  3. Disliking the final result if it reflects what was agreed

  4. Personal preference shifts that contradict the original brief

Example: If the original request was for a serious edit, and the result matches that tone, a refund will not be granted because the client now prefers a funnier cut.

However, minor revisions may be requested during the feedback window, depending on your selected editing package. Each standard edit includes 1 free revision. Additional revisions may be billed based on scope.

Subscription Refund

All subscriptions, including but not limited to the Ronin Pass (Start, Creator, Elite), are non-refundable. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you are gaining access to digital services and reserved editing time, which are allocated in advance. As such, cancellations do not qualify for partial or full refunds.
We encourage users to read the benefits and limitations of each subscription tier before purchase. If you have any questions, contact us before proceeding.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under these terms:

Include your name, order details, and reason for the request.

Each request will be evaluated individually and fairly.

By placing an order with Ronin Industries, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
