Introduction
This document sets forth the End-User License Agreement (EULA) and Legal Terms governing all digital content, services, and materials provided by Ronin Industries.
By using or purchasing any service or digital product from Ronin Industries, you agree to be bound by these terms.
In this Agreement:
“Client,” “you,” or “user” refers to the individual or entity purchasing or receiving services.
“Ronin Industries,” “we,” or “us” refers to the service provider and its authorized representatives.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use, purchase, or distribute any content created by Ronin Industries.
End-User License Agreement (EULA)
By purchasing or receiving any content or service from Ronin Industries — including but not limited to thumbnails, emotes, video editing, animation, branding assets, or other digital materials — you agree to the following terms.
You May:
Use the delivered content on any social media or streaming platform, including Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), Discord, and similar networks.
Use the content for personal, promotional, or commercial purposes related to your brand, channel, or business.
Include the content in streams, highlight reels, promotional clips, trailers, or advertisements.
Adapt the content (e.g., crop, resize, color match, overlay, etc.) for your own brand or creative presentation.
You May Not:
Resell, redistribute, or repackage any content in whole or in part, modified or unmodified.
Upload any content to stock libraries, NFT platforms, AI datasets, or similar repositories.
Claim authorship, design ownership, or originality of works created by Ronin Industries.
Use the content in a way that violates applicable law or infringes upon the rights of others.
Licensing Terms
All content is provided under a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.
This license does not grant exclusive ownership, nor does it allow sublicensing, resale, or redistribution.
Exclusive licenses may be negotiated prior to project commencement for an additional fee.
Ronin Industries retains all copyright and intellectual ownership unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Copyright and Attribution
All original content produced by Ronin Industries is protected under international copyright law.
Clients receive limited rights of use as described above. All other rights remain reserved by Ronin Industries.
Attribution to Ronin Industries is appreciated but not mandatory, unless stated otherwise in the project agreement.
Ronin Industries reserves the right to:
Archive completed works for reference, backup, or internal use.
Showcase projects in public portfolios, showreels, or social media, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing prior to delivery.
Unauthorized distribution, resale, or misuse of any content may result in takedown actions, copyright strikes, or legal enforcement under international IP law.
Third-Party Materials
Ronin Industries may use licensed third-party assets (fonts, textures, sound effects, plugins, or stock footage) under valid commercial licenses.
Ownership of these materials remains with their respective rights holders.
Ronin Industries ensures that all used materials comply with the licensing conditions and are legally sourced.
Privacy Policy
We collect and process only the personal information necessary to deliver our services, which may include:
Name or username
Contact email
Project notes or creative references
Your data is securely stored and never sold or shared with third parties.
All data is stored and processed within the European Union, in compliance with GDPR standards.

Basic analytics and cookies may be used solely to improve site performance.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Full refunds are available for projects canceled before any work begins.
If canceled after work has started, a partial refund may be issued based on progress.
No refunds are offered after final delivery, except when the delivered work fails to meet clearly defined and agreed-upon specifications.
Subjective dissatisfaction or creative differences do not constitute grounds for refund.
Revisions Policy
Most services include a reasonable number of minor revisions as part of the original scope.
Major alterations, complete redesigns, or direction changes may incur additional fees.
Estimated delivery times depend on project complexity and client responsiveness.
Limitation of Liability
Ronin Industries shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use delivered content, including loss of revenue, goodwill, or data.
All content is provided “as-is” without warranties, express or implied.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by international commercial law and generally accepted principles of digital contract enforcement.
Any disputes shall first be resolved through arbitration, or if necessary, by courts in the jurisdiction of the service provider (Ronin Industries).
Clients operating outside the EU or UK acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms under applicable international law.
Updates and Revisions to Terms
Ronin Industries may update or modify these terms at any time.
The current version will always be available at this URL.
Continued use of Ronin Industries’ services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
